WEBSITE HOSTING AGREEMENT

Having a website is great, but if you have nowhere to put it, it doesn’t do you much good. The good news is Pixel Press Media offers several plans to manage your website’s hosting for you. This not only ensures we have hands-on knowledge of every part of your website, but it means that should anything ever go wrong (server errors, website failure, etc) we have direct access to the issue, which we can’t guarantee if you’re using another hosting service. Using a third party host can also incur additional fees as we have to spend time communicating and facilitating website migration with an unknown party.

Our hosting packages have a minimum 1 year term with the option of upgrading at any point. All packages are set up as automatic subscriptions charged to a corporate credit card.

If you choose to forgo using Pixel Press Media to manage your website’s hosting, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that you understand we will not be held responsible for any server side errors, migration issues, lost content, etc., and that any work to resolve these issues will result in additional cost that may increase as we have to deal with an unknown third party.

Pixel Press offers the following service and support packages:

Pixel Press Hosting: $25 per month

• With this plan your site will live on our servers and any server issues we may run into will be handled directly by Pixel Press Media. We will work with our hosting company to resolve any problems. We will also create a monthly backup of your site.
• Basic ($25/mo) Shared Hosting
• Additional work can be scheduled at our regular rate of $150 per hour. Clients with higher packages are given priority for Ad Hoc and Project based work.

Pixel Press Hosting + Quarterly Maintenance: $45 per month

• With this plan your site will live on our servers and any server issues we may run into will be handled directly by Pixel Press Media. We will work with our hosting company to resolve any problems.
• Basic ($25/mo) Shared Hosting
• *Quarterly Maintenance (valued at $65) to update website themes and plugins.
• Additional work can be scheduled at our regular rate of $150 per hour. Clients with higher packages are given priority for Ad Hoc and Project based work.

*If an issue presents where additional work is required, the client will be notified and work may be scheduled at a maintenance fee rate of $65/hr.

Business Basics Package: $65-$100 per month

Up to 30 minutes of site updates. Reporting, client discussion, minor website changes.

• This package includes everything offered in our Basic Hosting package as well as regular website maintenance. WordPress core updates and any plugin updates will be handled on a monthly basis. Communication and correction with third party upstream will be provided in case of technical failure.
• Choice of Basic or Premium (additional $35/mo – WordPress only) Hosting
• It also includes basic client communication and analytic reporting, with site updates not to exceed a half hour of work. This work can include, but is not limited to, updating images and text and/or additional SEO work on the site.
• Additional work can be scheduled at a discounted rate of $125 per hour. Clients with higher packages are given priority for Ad Hoc and Project based work.

Marketing Foundations Package: $200-$235 per month  

• This package includes everything offered in our Basic Hosting and Business Basics Package as well as up to two hours invested in thoughtful analysis, creation, and implementation of lead generation material. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up and running an advertising campaign on one of our supported ad platforms, creating a landing page on your website, creating new graphics material for your website, designing a mailer, etc.
• Choice of Basic or Premium (additional $35/mo – WordPress only) Hosting
• Additional work can be scheduled at a discounted of $100 per hour. Clients with higher packages are given priority for Ad Hoc and Project based work.
